It is just my husband and I most nights for dinner, and these are just the right size for us. We use them to freeze pastas and stews for dinner on a night we are either in a hurry or not feeling well, which as we get older is more and more. I love these meal prep containers, they work as well as others I have tried and at a great price too. We have a bunch in different sizes we use for different things, I am sure I am saving money with them by not wasting as much food. Overall I am thrilled with these and would recommend them, they work great to send food home with the kids after a family meal too.
