These goggles are great. They are very easy to adjust to fit just about anyone. The goggles came with different sized nose pieces and an adjustable band. The anti fog lenses fit perfectly so my eyes stay dry and do not get red and irritated from the chlorine. The band adjusts to fit your head just right. The bonus ear plugs are great too, they fit well and are easy to use.
