This swimming cap is great, it is plenty big enough even for my oldest grandson who has very thick hair. I was even able to get all my hair in and my hair goes past my waist. It fits very snug to my head, keeping my hair mostly dry, I can never get it all in. lol I also really liked the free nose clips, I have never used them before but it is great to not get the water in my nose.
